How nice are the resorts?
Resorts are consistently rated 4 and 5 stars by popular travel booking sites (Travelocity, Priceline). Voucher recipients consistently report that their accommodations are among the best they've experienced in their travels. Vouchers are subsidized by our charitable giving partners and value at for more than your donation amount.
Are the resorts all inclusive?
Some resorts are all inclusive and some are not all inclusive. You will be able to book the resort that fits your preference. For example, some resorts are located on beaches, some resorts have golf courses, some resorts are adjacent to popular tourist attractions.
What are the resort brands?
Per our partner terms we are unable to advertise individual resort brands on this page. Rest assured, however, that your selection of resorts include some of the largest and most respected hospitality brands in the world. This includes trusted and well known brands. We are confident you will be pleased with your selection.
Am I required to purchase or sit through any meetings to use my voucher?
No.
How do I book?
You will be provided a voucher code and booking site where you can browse the selection of resorts including pictures and list of amenities. Choose a time and place for your vacation then book directly from the site. Contact us at admin@agave.live with any questions.
Am I liable to pay taxes on my gift?
You are receiving a gift of varying monetary value. The value of your gift is determined by which resort you book. All local and gift taxes are collected only when you book your resort stay. You'll notice a fee ranging from $150 - $1300 when you book depending on the resort you choose. This fee covers the tax liability of your gift and is paid directly to the hotel. It requires no further action from you. The most luxurious resorts with presidential suites, for example, will have a higher fee as the gift has higher value and therefore more tax required. You are free to book whichever resort suits you. Rest assured, there are many options for every family and every budget!
